Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
- In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the eggnog, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until no dry pockets remain. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
