  • 1 cup mushrooms (about 70 grams)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (about 240 grams)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 120 grams)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (about 50 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (about 15 ml)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, drizzle the olive oil and place over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, sautéed mushrooms, chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, half of the shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
