  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. While the noodles are cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the Alfredo sauce and heat through. Remove from heat.
  4. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken mixture, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Lay the cooked lasagna noodles flat. Spread about 1/4 cup of the chicken and cheese mixture onto each noodle.
  7. Roll up each noodle tightly and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  8. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top of the rolled lasagna.
  9. Sprinkle with additional mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, if desired.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
  11. Let stand for a few minutes before serving these delightful Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls.

  • For a richer flavor, use heavy cream in place of some of the Alfredo sauce.
