Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Broccoli Bake is a creamy and comforting dish that combines chicken, broccoli, and pasta.

- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Olive oil and seasonings (salt, pepper, Italian seasoning)
Instructions
- Cook rotini in salted boiling water until al dente. In the last 3 minutes, add broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir in the cooked pasta and broccoli.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, warm olive oil, then add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in mozzarella until melted.
- Combine the sauce with the chicken mixture and pour into a greased baking dish. Optionally top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can substitute other vegetables if desired.
