- 1 head cauliflower, riced (about 3 cups)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they resemble rice. Transfer to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- In a bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix well.
- Press the cauliflower mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming a thin, even crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, parsley, basil, chives, lemon juice, garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and black pepper to make the green goddess topping.
- Spread the green goddess topping evenly over the baked cauliflower crust.
- Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the topping is heated through.
- Slice and serve hot.
