This decadent Cannoli Cheesecake combines the creamy goodness of cheesecake with the iconic flavors of a classic Cannoli.
Ingredients

- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup candied orange peel
- 1 pre-made cannoli shell, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla
- Fold in chocolate chips, pistachios, and orange peel
- Pour mixture into a greased springform pan
- Bake for 75 minutes, cool, then refrigerate
- Serve chilled, sprinkled with cannoli shell pieces
