Description

This decadent Cannoli Cheesecake combines the creamy goodness of cheesecake with the iconic flavors of a classic Cannoli.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup candied orange peel
  • 1 pre-made cannoli shell, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla
  4. Fold in chocolate chips, pistachios, and orange peel
  5. Pour mixture into a greased springform pan
  6. Bake for 75 minutes, cool, then refrigerate
