- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
- 8 oz (226g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups (250g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups (220g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups (225g) fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons (15g) all-purpose flour (for coating blueberries)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and dust with flour or line with parchment paper.
- Beat butter and cream cheese together until light and fluffy. Add sugar and mix until well combined.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
- Toss blueberries with flour, then gently fold into batter.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 60–70 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean or with moist crumbs.
- Cool in pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
