- 8 ounces fusilli or elbow pasta, cooked according to package instructions and cooled
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool completely.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and shredded romaine lettuce.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, white vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
