  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Gather all ingredients and ensure they are at room temperature.
  3. In a blender, combine softened butter and granulated sugar.
  4. Blend on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until creamy and light.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition.

  8. Transfer the batter to a greased loaf pan or lined with parchment.
