  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta (or any pasta of choice)
  • ½ cup pasta water (reserved)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Step1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and season them with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step2: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
  3. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set the pasta aside.

Step3: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes (if using).
