Description

A creamy and flavorful chicken salad featuring a perfect balance of creamy mayonnaise, tangy Greek yogurt, sweet fruit, and crunchy nuts.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups cooked, chopped chicken breast (about 2 pounds)
  • 3/4 cup small diced Granny Smith apple
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Fold in chopped cooked chicken until well coated.
  3. Add diced apple and mix gently to combine.
  4. Stir in dried cranberries and pecans, folding gently to avoid breaking them.
