- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Place beef, mushrooms, onion, and garlic in your crockpot.
- In a small bowl, whisk together beef broth, flour, salt, and pepper. Pour over the beef mixture in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in the sour cream and parsley during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
