Description

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Make the Bang Bang Sauce: Whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl until smooth; set aside.
  2. Season the Salmon: In a large bowl, toss salmon pieces with olive oil and seasonings until well coated.
  3. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook salmon bites in a single layer for 8–10 minutes or until crispy.
  4. Serve: Transfer cooked salmon bites to a platter and drizzle with Bang Bang sauce.

Notes

  • For extra heat, adjust the amount of sriracha or cayenne pepper.
  • Cook salmon in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
  • Serve immediately for maximum crispiness.
