Quick and easy baked broccoli cheese balls perfect for snacks or meals. Crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside, they are suitable for all ages.
Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease.
- Steam or blanch broccoli for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and finely chop.
- Combine broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Place on the baking sheet.
- Spray or brush the balls with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce.
