  • 1 cup almond milk or other milk substitute
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Gather 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup rolled oats, and 1 cup almond milk.
  3. Stir the cottage cheese, oats, and almond milk until smooth.
  4. Add 1/4 cup honey, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp salt.
  5. Gently fold in 2 cups fresh blueberries without crushing them.
