- 1 cup chopped roasted almonds
- 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chopped almonds.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking pan, creating an even layer.
- Spread the almond blondie batter evenly over the crescent dough.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
